The Wadandi Noongar people are the traditional owners of this part of south west Western Australia.

Visit us to experience authentic aboriginal culture. Walk and talk with an aboriginal guide. There is a choice of tours available. This is the only fully owned and operated aboriginal art gallery in the region.

The Wardan Aboriginal Cultural Centre offers a unique insight into the Wardandi (Salt water) people of the South West of WA.

The Wardan Aboriginal Cultural Centre was developed by the Wardandi people as a place where they can share their culture with visitors, school groups and Aboriginal people from other areas, in an effort to increase understanding and reconciliation with the wider community. Take a guided cultural tour and learn about the Wadandi people’s fascinating culture and incredible knowledge of their environment – taste native foods, discover bush medicine and meet the animals, plants and Dreaming spirits that have enriched the lives of the Wadandi people since time began.

Tours available include Bush Story Trail, Stone/Toolmaking, Spear & Boomerang Throwing, 6 Season Display(Museum) and a Free Art Gallery! Many other experiences are available on request!
