Enjoy Your Very Own, Private Chef!
Try our Gold Plate awarding winning chef preparing a very special private in-house chef service in the privacy of your spa chalet.
He arrives at a pre-arranged time and starts his crafting of an exquisite dinner just for you. Click here now to check out his menu and imagine just how good this tastes!
Learn some his secrets whilst watching him prepare and cook your meals. He is most happy to share some of his secrets to fine dining.
He will pour your great local wine for you, whilst savoring his fine fare. Indulge and enjoy this very special experience without the traveling anywhere, you could even dine in your bathrobes after a great spa under the stars!
At the end of the meal he leaves but not before all the dishes are done and the kitchen is left clean and tidy for you.....what a treat!
Dinner for two including four beautiful courses – is only $240.

Romantic Silver & Crystal Dinner Service
Yelverton Brook can now offer a very unique Antique Silver & Crystal Dinner service whilst enjoying your private In-house chef service.
Y
our table will be dressed with Vintage crystal champagne & wine glasses, Italian silverware, Australian Fine Chinaware, crystal napkin rings with Damask napkins & a large ornate silver candlestick holder for romantic dining.
A beautiful large crystal vase is avaliable for flowers as well.
Other silverware is available eg: Silver coasters, napkin holders, sugar bowl, milk jugs, teapot etc:
Vintage crockery is another option for that old world glamour.
Tariff for 2 is $80, tariff for 4 is $110 for the evening
If you fall in love with the decor you can even purchase it.

Chef Prepared meals
Choose between two providers of "The Larder" in Margaret River or "Mealup" in Dunsborough for great easy meal options.
Both suppliers have a range of similar menus, Antiopasto, dinner packs etc:
Both have a wide range of other goodies as well.
We have samples of their menus in the Menu section in the chalet compendiums.
Just need to heat and plate for a easy and fantastic chef styled dinner........

We aim to step outside convention and get adventurous with our products. With a little creativity, our sensational food will transform a simple meal into simply gorgeous food.
We help provide you with a restaurant experience at the privacy of your chalet. Our range of platters and hampers can be delivered to your door or you can pick up from the Grove Vineyard only 10mins away from your chalet.

We offer you a delicious choice of the following:
Antipasto Platter @ $70 for 2 - with marinated olives, feta, garlic and herbs. Cornishons, sundried tomatoes and pickled onions.
Mild hungarian salami and honey smoked ham. Mushroom and roasted garlic pate.
Vegetable crudites with Geographe cheese co. vintage cheddar, Geographe cheese co. brie with water crackers.
Plus beautiful Yallingup wood fires breads rolls with a butter pack, fresh fruit in season and a Cowaramup Food condiment.
Barbeque Packs for 2 called "Out of the Paddock" @ $80 including 2 cowaramup beef fillets steaks, 4 cowaramup beef sausages, 2 honey mustard chicken skewers. Plus Cowaramup food caramelised onion thyme and orange jam.
Plus a "Out of the sea" @ $90 containing 2 fresh fish fillets and herb butter.....today's catch, 6 chilli prawn skewers, 2 herbed fish cakes and cowaramup food aioli.
All BBQ packs also include a loverly green leaf salad, cowaramup food white wine dressing roasted potato, green onion and aioli salad, fresh Yallingup wood fired rolls and butter pack plus a sweet treat.
Picnic Hampers - from $90
An antipasto selection - marinated olives, feta, pickled onions plus cornishons.
Honey cured hams, mild cacciatore and lime. Roast tomato and basil pate.
Sundried tomato with green onion frittata with spinich salad. Grilled asian spiced chicken skewers.
Geographe cheese co. vintage cheddar, Geographe cheese co. brie with water crackers. Fresh Yallingup wood fired bread rolls with a butter pack.
Fresh fruit in season with a sweet treat and bottled water.
