3 new Woylies have settled into thier new safe home at Yelverton Brook, a family of mum, dad and baby who often drop by the office in the evening to get a nut or 2....
We have now installed "Invertor Airconditioners" to help reduce our Greenhouse impact, they run 30% more efficently and are quieter to run than convential units.
They can handle greater extremes in tempreture, are smoother and are more stable in operation and reach the desired tempreture more quickly than conventional air conditioners.
A new soft buffalo lawn installed at Jarrah Chalet, with lower water requirements and care keeps with our "eco" focus. The Kangaroos love eating it! At least we do not have to mow it....
Yelverton Brook won a "Highly Commended" in Biodiversity Conservation & a "Finalist" in Small Business Leading by Example in the 2007 WA Environment Awards.
